I felt some sessions were a little too quick, especially the break-outs while others might have been shortened. The afternoon session on saying no to requests felt too long and is too situation and relationship-specific to be easily generalised. Generally, though, an enjoyable day, some good learning points and good for team-building and shared understanding.

Andrew Fraser,
Technical Consultant
The automated breakout room process in the first stress management course was very slick. Sarah explained that it was not working this time, but was definitely not as good without it.
Possibly some real examples from companies that had made changes and seen results? E.g. 'Company X was struggling with this problem, then they made this change, and got real benefits' would be good. Some actual examples rather than mainly theory, especailly as many of us are engineers and like DATA/Examples
