Hello,

Will it be possible to have a tick box or a drop down box on a Access table. If so whats the process for doing so?

Thanks.

RE: Access

Hi Gerogina

Thanks for your question

First create your table with the relevant text field together with the required "yes/no2 fields.

Then create your form with the text box in the leftmost position and the check boxes for the yes/no fields arrayed along side it to the right.

Finally in the forms property sheet set the default view to datasheet

Hope this helps

Regards

Stephen

Access tip:

Dsum

You can create percentage values based on individual products / items by using a Dsum function (used with a grouped query)

[Each value column] / Dsum[field:total for the column needed to be calculated],[tablename]
