RE: PowerPoint Introduction

Hello Stefania

Thank you for your question.

To change a shape in a diagram or organisation chart, you need to first make sure that the Drawing toolbar is showin on your screen. If not go to View - Toolbars and select Drawing.

Click on the shape in the diagram you wish to change, then on the Drawing toolbar go to Draw (on the left end of the toolbar) and go to Change Autoshape, and select the shape you want to change to.

This should change the shape you have selected.

I hope this helps.
Amanda

PowerPoint tip:

Quick Zooming in Powerpoint with rollerball mouses

Zooming in powerpoint works slightly differently than with word and excel. When you hold down the control key and roll the wheel up and down in will go through the zoom sizes up until 66% which you can choose from the zoom box, but after that it starts jumping up at 25%, 50% and then 100%.

TIP - if your cursor is not on the slide and in the slide/outline pane then when you zoom using CTRL it will zoom that pane instead.
