PowerPoint Introduction

hi,

is it possible to change the shape of each figure in a title and diagram or organization chart?

Thank you for your question.

To change a shape in a diagram or organisation chart, you need to first make sure that the Drawing toolbar is showin on your screen. If not go to View - Toolbars and select Drawing.

Click on the shape in the diagram you wish to change, then on the Drawing toolbar go to Draw (on the left end of the toolbar) and go to Change Autoshape, and select the shape you want to change to.

This should change the shape you have selected.

To copy an object on your page

To copy an object on your page quickly and easily instead of using cut & paste, try this instead.

Select the object you want to copy by clicking on it.

Hold down the "CTRL" key on the keyboard.

Click (with the left mouse button) and drag the object to the new position. Simple & quick.

Now try it again but press the "Shift" key at the same time as the CTRL key, this will keep the objects aligned. Great for making diagrams etc.
