MS Forms

Hi,

Are you able to schedule MS Forms to send out training evaluation reminders to individual delegates on completion of training? If so, how would you go about that?

Kind regards

Sharon

RE: MS Forms

Hello Sharon,

Thank you for your question. The non-automated (but simpler) process would be that once you have created the form, you need to save the form's link.

The next step would be copying that link in to emails/calendar invites to remind delegates about the evaluation.

You could automate this, but not through Forms. You'd need to use Power Automate to connect Forms with Outlook. However, this is a more lengthy and advanced process.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards

Microsoft Office tip:

Copying From Websites

If you find some interesting text on a website that you wish to use and adapt in your wordprocessor or other package, highlight and copy in the normal way first.

When you paste though, use the Paste Special option to insert as unformatted text. That cuts out all the fancy formatting and hyperlinks that may be embedded.
