How can I create a new public folder

Thank you for your question:
In answer; Note: To create public folders in Outlook 2003 you must have Adminstrator privilages:
Follow these steps:
1.Open Outlook.
2.In the Folder List, expand the Public Folders container.
3.Expand the All Public Folders container. All existing folders in the public folder tree should now be displayed.
4.Right-click the All Public Folders container and select New Folder from the shortcut menu.
5.The Create New Folder dialog box opens.
6.Provide a name for the new public folder in the Name textbox.
7.The Folder Contains: drop-down list box contains the type of items that the public folder will contain.

You can choose between the following:

Outlook tip:

Selected different days in the calendar

This works best in the 1 day view and is using the date Navigator.

If you want to view more than 1 day but they are not back to back hold down the CTRL key and click the days you want to see. This gives you the days you want but with the feel of the 5 day view. You can also use Shift to selected between 2 dates.
