Hi I'm trying to use what was shown to me as part of my training. Using OneNote to be able to read text online and convert it from a PDF document into typed text onto one Note. RE: Onenote

Hi Katherine,

Thank you for your question to the forum.

Here is the solution:

1. In OneNote, go to INSERT > FILE PRINTOUT

2. Browse to the PDF document to edit

3. Once imported, right click and select COPY TEXT FROM ALL THE PAGES OF THE PRINTOUT

4. Create a new page and select PASTE from the ribbon (or right click paste)

I hope this answers your question. Please let me know if it does

Kind regards

Microsoft Office tip:

Instant File deletion

To get rid of a file without sending it to the recycle bin, hold down the shift key then press the delete key.

A word of caution - using this method will mean that you will not be able to recover the file. It will be gone forever!
