Project Initiation Document (PID) or Project Charter which will include BOSCARD , RACI, Communication Plan

Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Schedule, Critical Path, Risk Log, Change Management Log, Budget

Sign off on Deliverables

You can find templates for these online or create your own according to your needs at DEBRA
