Outlook folder
Hello,
How do we add new folders on Mac Outlook on emails - below inbox folder as a separate folder please? We have tried to create new folder, drag and drop but has not worked.
Kind Regards,
Kubra

RE: Outlook folder
Hi Kubra,
Thanks again for your patience. In my Outlook for Mac, I right-click on the Inbox, then I select New Folder, which I name immediately. This appears below my Inbox. When I want to move messages into the subfolder, I left-click drag and drop. If I want to copy a message, I right-click (or double-tap on the trackpad) the message, go down to Move, and then I select Copy to Folder. I type in the name of the folder and click Copy.
This method works well for me. I hope it helps.
Kind regards
Marius Barnard
