Linking Graphs with files on sharepoint

Hi,
I am sometimes having issues when I link graphs with files that are saved on Sharepoint. When I send the presentations via email to my colleagues they just get a graph with no data (all lines/bars have disappeared), despite them having access to the Sharepoint where the file is saved. How can I go about fixing this without having to break all links?

Hi Ragna

Try uploading the files to Sharepoint, THEN linking them. Sometimes when you link files then upload to Sharepoint it can scramble the reference.

Disable animations in slide show view

Want to stop your animations from playing in slide show view temporarily? You can disable animations by:

1. Going to Slide Show - Set Up Show on the menu bar.

2. Putting a check next to "Show without animation" under Show Options.

3. Clicking OK.

Remove the check from the "Show without animation" checkbox to enable animations to play again.
