Pivot - using Calc field

I enter a percentage calc column using Calculated field. When there are fields with no data this shows as #DIV/0! which clutters the pivot. How can I get it to show no value instead? Thanks

RE: Pivot - using Calc field

Hello Lien,

Thank you for your post. To get your pivot table to show something other than error messages, click on the Options tab, then click Options on the left of your ribbon. In the box that opens, tick the box next to "For error values show".
In the field to the right of that, type in what you would like the pivot table to show instead of an error message.

I hope this is helpful.

Kind regards

Excel tip:

Using Excel's MODE function

Use Excel's MODE function to display the most common value present in a particular range of cells.

The Mode function looks like this:

=MODE(cell range)

As an example, if 35 is the most commonly recurring number in a particular cell range, then the function will display 35.
