Other than the 'categorise' and 'follow up' tags on the Home tab ribbon in Outlook, is there a way of colour coding unopened e-mails when they appear in the inbox so the whole line of the unopened e-mail is coloured?

Hi Mark,
There is another way called Conditional Formatting
Head up to the View Tab/View Settings
Click on Conditional Formatting
One of the options is Unread. You can specify the colour there.
