Access - new file

Hi

I went on the course yesterday but didnt think to ask this. If I want to transfer or use data from an excel spreadsheet, ie. take the data and use it in Access, how can I do this without re-inputting the data again? I have tried saving the excel file into different formats (ie. csv.) but I cant load all the data.

Please help
