% Complete column

Hi,
How do I set the "% Complete" column to update either : 1/ automatically (assumed completed works based on the duration)
2/ manually (where estimated completion of work achieved)

Thank you.

RE: % Complete column

Hi Danielle

thank you for your question - the "% Complete" column can be updated in a number of ways.

You can manually type in the % and Project will draw a progress line though the bar on the cart

On the Task tab you can also use the 0% 25% 50% 75% and 100% buttons to record progress.

A different approach that might address your first point is to click the Mark on Track button. This will record progress on the task or tasks selected up to today's date.

I hope this helps - let me know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew
