Annotating Presentation

Hi,
How can I add annotation notes to my presentation while it is running and save the notes for the next time I run the presentation ?

Rich

RE: Annotating Presentation

Hello Richard,

Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft PowerPoint introduction course with Best STL.

Thank you for your question regarding Annotating your presentation.

Whilst the presentation is running move your mouse pointer to the bottom left corner of the screen. Here you will find a button that looks like a pen. Clicking this button opens an easy to use menu. Use whichever style you want and then your mouse changes from an arrow to a ballpoint pen, a felt tip pen or a highlighter.

Now perform your annotation then stop the presentation running. PowerPoint will ask if you wish to keep or discard your annotations.

Take a look at the slide/s that now contain annotation. You can remove annotation by clicking on the drawing/text and pressing delete.

I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.

If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?

Have a great day.
Regards,

PowerPoint tip:

Moving shapes where you want

when you move shapes using your cursor arrows they jump around, so by holding down the CTRL key and using the arrows the shape moves where you want it to.
