RE: Microsoft outlook

Hi Linda,

Thank you for the question.

Could you please provide the following information for me so I have have a better understanding of the problem:

1. What is the mail folder that is causing the problem.
a. Is it a subfolder under the inbox.
b. Is it a group folder.
c. Are there any rules setup in the Rules Wizard?

2. Can I clarify the following point:
a. Do you mean opening the email, read it and then it deletes?
b. By History you mean you want the email to remain in the folder?

Thank you in advance for your assitance.

Regards

Simon

Answer to first question is sub foder

second question is yes

RE: Microsoft outlook

Hi Linda,

Thank you for the response.

At this point it is really difficult without seeing the folders to tell you how to fix it.

All I can suggest is try and check the following points:

1. Check Tools, Options and Mail options.
2. Check if there are any rules applied to the folder through Tools and Rules Wizard.
3. Check Tracking options because Meeting responses are automatically deleted after opening/processing.

I hope this helps.

Regards

Simon

Outlook tip:

Remind yourself to reply to messages

Responding to email messages as they arrive can interrupt your work flow and lead to decreased productivity.

Why not set reminders to respond to messages that do not require an immediate reply so you can set aside a time to respond to messages all at once?

By right-clicking on a message, you can access a shortcut menu. Select Follow Up, and then click Add Reminder.
