Shortcut keys

Is there a list of shortcut keys

RE: shortcut keys

Dear Helen

Thank you for attending Upgrade to Office 2007 course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

As there are so many shortcut keys for various programs I am not sure which application i.e. Word, Excel PowerPoint you want the shortcut key for!

Please find below link to see the shortcut keys for Excel. It s categorized by CTRL commands as well as Functions keys. In the more useful keys you can see how to navigate around your spreadsheet.

If you wanted the shortcut keys for other programs then please let me know and I should be able to provide you with that.

The key point to remember about shortcut keys is to constantly use them and they will be embedded in your mind after a while. My advice to you would be create a list of all the shortcut keys that you use on a regular basis using Excel or Word Tables and then print them out. Put then next to your monitor or on the wall so that you can refer to them whenever you need to. You will eventually see that you'll stop referring them and start remembering them.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards

Microsoft Office tip:

Using the Quick Access Toolbar in Office 2010

The Quick Access Toolbar is included in virtually every Office product, including Outlook 2010, Word 2010, Excel 2010, and PowerPoint 2010.

You will find the Quick Access Toolbar in the top-left side of the window. To begin, click the Customize button (it's the little black arrow at the end of the toolbar).

Simply click the commands you want to include.

Virtually any command can be added to the Quick Access Toolbar. Click the More Commands option and a new window will open from where you can browse the commands including those not on the ribbon.
