How do you break a hyperlink?

the best way to break a hyperlink is click the hyperlinked object and then go to the edit menu and select links at the bottom of the menu, from the window that appears click the object in the list you need to break then click break link then click OK

PowerPoint tip:

Paste a web address into the hyperlink address field

If you copy a web address the only way to paste into the address field of the hyperlink box is to use CTRL + V. Right click paste does not work.
