Mail merge

How can I do a mail merge with microsoft office contacts and excel for the same document?

RE: Mail merge

Hi Marcia

Thanks for the post

You cant have two lots of data from two places but, what you can do is import what set to the other location i.e. outlook to excel.

then do the mail merge from there on in word - making sure when you get to the select reciepants step you choose use an exsisting list and locate your file and continue the merge from there

Hope this helps

Word tip:

Move or hide shapes in a Word 2010 document

When you insert shapes in a Word document, the easiest way to move them around is to use the Selection Pane on the Drawing Tools tab on the Ribbon. This tab only appears when you're working with graphics. Or if a shape is hidden behind another shape, just select it from the list on the page and use the arrows to move it backwards or forwards.
