Cell formatting

fitting text in cell that has too many characters for size

RE: cell formatting

Hi Dilip

Welcome to the forum.

You can manually change the size of a column by moving your mouse to the column header (the grey horizontal bar with all the capital letters) and clicking and dragging. So if you wanted to change the size of column B, go to the column header B and move just to the right until the mouse pointer becomes a thin black cross. Then click and drag.

You can adjust the cell to automatically resize to the width of the cell with the most info by double clicking in this position.

I hope that answers your question.

David
