Deleted queries

I want to save the deleted queries in order to have a record of the detailed queries

Hi David

Thank you for your question

Your best bet would be to first run the query as a make table or append query and write the data to be deleted to a seperate table in which you can store archive data

You could then run the delete query

Access tip:

Convert A Form Into A Report

If there is a form that you want to to save as a report:

1. Open that form in Design View
2. Select File and Save As
3. In the Save As Dialog box Select Report

The system creates a report based on the form.
