"Despite being a virtual course, it still felt very 'in-person' and the use of teams was particularly effective. Alistair was an enthusiastic and positive trainer and I would highly recommend him and STL. The only thing I would possible change is the reliance on role playing activities. Lots of people don't like being put on the spot or feel uncomfortable in those situations so the option to opt-out would be appreciated."
