How do you create an autosignature please

RE: Autosignature

Hi Robert

Thank you for your question.

You can set up a signature in Outlook by:

1. Going to Tools - Options, then selecting the Mail Format tab.

2. Clicking the Signatures.... button in the lower right corner of the dialogue box.

3. To create a signature, click the New button.

4. Select from the settings at the first screen, click Next.

5. Create your signature, including formatting, and click Finish.

Outlook tip:

Quick way to create a distribution list

If you have been sent an email that contains all the names you want in your distribution list then highlight and copy the names from the email. When you get to the address book for adding names paste the names into the members bar.
