Recurring meetings - excluding weekends
Hi guys,
At work I need to set up certain recurring meetings on a monthly basis.
I have found that Outlook will let me choose a recurrence of "day 4 of every month" etc, but I need mine to recurr on a certain WORKING day of every month - is there a way of excluding weekends when you do this?

In the appointment recurrence dialog box you should see (when the monthly recurrence option is selected) underneath, for example, Day 4 of every 1 month - the option to select, say The first Monday of every 1 month. This will allow you to be more specific in scheduling and filter out the weekends.
