Sales report

in a yearly sales report. How to calculate the total sales month wise and the final grand total?

RE: sales report

Hi Raina,

Thank you for the forum question.

Excel is all about the right structure. If you have the data in a list, you can use a Pivot Table or Sumifs and sum.

If you do not have the sales data in a list, it is more complicated, and then it is difficult for me to help you, without knowing how your data are structured.
