Sub folders
I have loads of folders and in those folders there are more sub folders. Obviously that means they are out of alphabet. Is there a quick way i can search for any subfolders by name Thanks
RE: Sub folders
Hello Ann,
Thank you for your question. While you can search for items inside subfolders, Outlook does not actually search for subfolders.
You can, however, arrange your subfolders alphabetically to make it easier to find a specific subfolder. You do this by right-clicking a folder which contains subfolders. In the right-click options, select 'Sort subfolders A to Z'.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards
