The simplest way to make any changes to the Ribbon Bar is to click on it with the RIGHT mouse button. The shortcut menu you can then choose either CUSTOMISE RIBBON for full control or you can select USE SIMPLIFIED RIBBON for a basic version of the Ribbon Bar.
