Add info into Pivot Table

Hi

I am working on our monthly payroll extracts sheet and one of the item is already existing in data but that is not being calculated on actual pivot table. Could you please explain what should I do to get it done? Please let me know if I should send a sample sheet?

Thanks

Muhammad

RE: Add info into Pivot Table

Hi Jens

Thank you for getting back to me.

Could you please share your email address so I can send an example file.

I am actually working on advance excel sheet that is created by my colleague. We enter payroll extracts figures on monthly basis on data tab and then refresh the pivot table. It is then captures by pivot table and updated on summary sheet. However at the moment one of the column is already in the data but it is not captured by pivot table. I will send you an example sheet so you can have a look and explain. Thank you.

Regards

Muhammad
