Hello,

From few weeks ago I have a message in a grey background on top of a lot of emails where it reads: "Label: 10-Year (10 years) Expires: 30/09/2027 16:33"
I don't know what this means and if there is any way to remove it or hide it.

Many thanks,
Blanca

RE: Label

Hi Blanca

Glad you enjoyed the course on Thursday.

I believe the message you are getting is the result of an Outlook Exchange server Retention Policy.

Your admin might have set the emails to expire/remove themselves from your Inbox after 10 years to prevent emails building up. They will delete or archive depending on the policy.

Does this show up on messages as you write them/send or on messages that other people send to you?

Kind regards
