How do you create power queries in excel 2016?
RE: excel 2016
Hi Maylene,
Thank you for the forum question.
PowerQuery in Excel 2016 is a very new interesting tool.
PowerQuery works fine together with PowerPivot. The imported tables can be added to the data model in PowerPivot. All queries will be in Excel in dynamic ranges which can be used in PowerPivot reports.
You have more options to link to external data sources using PowerQuery than PowerPivot.
I have found some interesting videos on YouTube which can be useful to understand PowerQuey.
