Standard Colours

We have a set of standard RGB colours that we use frequently but they are not the standard colours used by PowerPoint. Is there any way I can add a set of our standard colours onto the colour palette?

RE: Standard Colours

Hi Yvette

Thank you for your question.

You can create your own palette of colours in your presentation. On the Design tab click Colors. Here you will see a selection of possible colour themes to choose from. At the bottom of the menu click the Create new Theme button. A dialogue box appears that lets you create and name your own theme. Once created it will then appear in the Colors menu for you to apply to your presentation.

I hope this helps - let me know if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Andrew

PowerPoint tip:

Rearrange bulleted text quickly

Here are some handy shortcut keys for rearranging bullet points on your slides.

Simply click anywhere within the bullet point you wish to reposition; then hold down Shift + Alt then use the Arrow Up or Arrow Down key depending on which direction you want to move the bullet point in (up or down).

The bullet point will move up or down one bullet point at a time.
