Resource Scheduling

Whats the best way to do this using Project?

RE: Resource Scheduling

Hi Jamilla

There are a number of ways of doing this but in a nutshell you need to list out your resources on the Resource Sheet then assign them to their relevant tasks, usually from the Gantt view. A useful way to work in the Gantt view is to split the screen (from the window menu click Split). The bottom part of the screen can be used to quickly assign resources as well as manage task dependencies all without having to go into each individual task information dialogue box.

If you have a more specific question about assigning and scheduling resources please let us know.

Kind regards,

Andrew
