MS Project

Can Project be integrated with Sharepoint in order to provide change reports to stakeholders? If so what type of reports could be expected from this

RE: MS Project

Hi Adrian

Thank you for your question. Project plans can be stored in Sharepoint but as far as I am aware there is no change tracking within the plan. The nearest you might get is either tracking each new version of the file uploaded (so this might show who worked on it but not what they did) or saving multiple baselines within the plan which shows what changed but not who did it).

I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help but do let us know if you have any further questions and we'l do our best to answer them for you.

Kind regards,
Andrew

MS Project tip:

Compare Work and Duration

Duration is the timescale within which a task is done; Work is the specific time element used. For example, 3 days work in a duration of 2 weeks. To compare, add the Work field into the Entry table by right clicking a column heading to Add Field.
