Outlook

how do you send more than one vcard on an email

RE: outlook

Dear Sarah

Thank you for attending Excel 2007 Intermediate course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

The link below provides you the general information about sending Vcards via e-mail.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/outlook/HA102431891033.aspx?pid=CH100622101033

I believe that your specific query is about sending multiple Vcards( .vcf) files via e-mail.

Please note that when you create a new e-mail message you can send a file (Word, Excel, etc...), An Item (these are outlook items such as Appointments, Tasks, etc....).

In Outlook 2007 there is an option of saving as Business Card which has the same format as VCard.

1. Create a new E-mail message

2. On the ribbon choose the Insert Tab

3. Choose the Business cards button

4. Choose the Other Business Cards...

5. In the Insert Business card dialog box chose the business card. If you want to choose multiple business cards then keep the CTRL button pressed on the keyboard while selecting the business cards.

6. Press OK

You will notice all the business cards are attached and they should have the .vcf extension.

You simply enter the e-mail address of the recipient and then press Send button.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards
