Thanks for your post - sorry for late reply
the best way to create charts is to first highlight data and then go to the insert tab and use the charts area to insert a chart as an object, also you can press the F11 button on your keyboard this will insert a default chart as a new sheet. Hope this helps you

Full Menu Display (Office 2003-2000)

One of the developments in Microsoft Office is that the Menu system has been optimized. This means that only recently used functions are displayed initially when you SINGLE CLICK on the menu.
There are many ways of getting around this:
1. DOUBLE CLICK on the menu bar, it will automatically expand
