Copying and pasting

sometimes when i copy a document from the internet and paste it to the word document,the position of words gets mixed up, how can prevent that? how can i save that document correctly without the words changing positon?

Hi Hend,

Thank you for your question.

If you copy the text from the internet and then open a word document and use Edit Paste Special to paste it as unformatted text.

To set rules for grammar and style:

On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Spelling & Grammar tab.
Click Settings.
In the Grammar and style options box under Require, select the options you want for number of spaces required between sentences.
