how do i get my signature to cover every email i send and when i reply to emails also and not just the first one i send?!

thanks!

RE: outlook

Dear Cassie

Thank you for attending Word Intermediate course!! I hope you enjoyed the course and benefited from it.

In order for every e-mail that you send, reply and forward to have your signature you have to do the following (As this will affect all the e-mail you need to ensure that you have not created a new e-mail. In other words close any email that you may have opened.) :

Choose Tools > Options...

In the Mail Format Tab in the signature secton choose the signature for both the new as well as replies and forward.

This will ensure that all your new as well as e-mails that will be replied and forwarded will have the signature.

I hope this has answered your query.

If this has answered your query then I would request you to please mark the question as resolved!! If not and you have a specific question related to this then please post it as a new question and we should be able to provide you the solution for it!!

Kindest Regards

Outlook tip:

Using the Quick Access Toolbar in Outlook 2010

The Quick Access Toolbar is included in virtually every Office product, including Outlook 2010, Word 2010, Excel 2010, and PowerPoint 2010.

You will find the Quick Access Toolbar in the top-left side of the window. To begin, click the Customize button (it's the little black arrow at the end of the toolbar).

Simply click the commands you want to include.

Virtually any command can be added to the Quick Access Toolbar. Click the More Commands option and a new window will open from where you can browse the commands including those not on the ribbon.
