Can I set rules to avoid spam?

Hi Charo

Although Outlook already has a Built-In Junk filter it sometimes is not good enough. To create a rule to do this job:

1. Select Tools and click Rules and Alerts

2. Click New Rule

3. Select Start from a blank rule. Click Next

4. In Step 1:Select condition(s) I would suggest that for this rule

With Specific words in the Subject or Body and

With Specific words in the Senders address

Are selected to catch specific messages. Click Next

5. In Step 1:Select action(s) you can either

Move the E-mails to a pre-created folder or Permanently Delete the message. Click Next

6. As there will be no exceptions Click Next again

7. Change the rule
