The client, a leading orthopaedics firm, were migrating from MS Office 2003 to MS Office 2007, and required all staff to complete a training programme covering all the new features of the four core MS Office 2007 applications.


The training format was delivered within a half day, enabling the course to run twice in one day. An overview of new features and more efficient ways of carrying out specific tasks were introduced alongside a question and answer session to focus on more specific areas of concern.
