(Blank) showing in tile when drop downs not selected

Hi,

I am looking for some assistance if possible. I have created a dashboard on PowerBI and I have a couple of issues I cant seem to work round and was hoping someone might be able to help. I will try my best to explain.

My dashboard consists of a number of drop down slicers and I have written measures so that the results from each of these drop down selections ultimately results in tiles being populated with calculated information.

I have screen shots of these but not sure how to add them here (sorry). When all the drop downs are populated it works perfect and looks good however I have added a reset button so the users can rest the form but when the drop downs are deselected two of my tiles shows an error and loses its visuals and the other shows (Blank) when I want it to show nothing at all like the other visuals.

Would someone be willing to help, I've tried everything and cant for the life of me figure out where I am going wrong.

Many thanks in advance.

Barry

Hi Barry,

Thankyou for your question to the forum.

It is difficult for me to come up with a solution without seeing the screenshots first. If you send these to: info@stl-training.co.uk then I can hopefully see what the problem might be

Kind regards
