GETPIVOTDATA
When using =GETPIVOTDATA, I was wondering if there is a way to avoid manually putting data in each time?
The current way I am doing this is as below:
=GETPIVOTDATA("Value"$B$3,"Reference","ABC123")
I have a list of 43 of these references in a column ABC123, ABC124 for example from F2-F44. I was wondering if there was a way to get pivot data to identify =GETPIVOTDATA("Value"$B$3,Reference,"F2")?
RE: GETPIVOTDATA
Hi Dan,
Thank you for the forum question.
No GETPIVOTDATA are using absolute reference.
If you turn off GETPIVOTDATA you can work with relative references.
GETPIVOTDATA is an amazing function in some situations but a nightmare in other.
May I suggest that you turn off GETPIVOTDATA, and see if it solving your issue.
You can use the link below to a video, which explain how to do it.
