can I see name details for a contact list in my contacts ??? I'm sending an email to a contact list, is there anyway of seeing the name details in that contact list?? For example in the 'To:' bar in my email I type my contact.... in this instance it is everyone.commercial (a list of over 50 names) how can I see the list of names in that list???

Thank you for using our forum

When you add them in the "To" field, the distribution group name should be underlined with a + sign to the left of it, if you click on the plus sign, it should expand to show everyone in that group

Outlook tip:

Change start-up view – Outlook 2010

a. In Outlook, click on the File tab
b. Select Options from left hand side
c. Click on Advanced
d. In the Outlook start and exit section, click on the Browse button and locate the view you want Outlook to display at start up (e.g Unread Mail)
e. Select that view and click OK on the Select Folder dialog box
f. Click OK on the Outlook Options dialog box to confirm your changes.
