Count if and add time together

Hi

I need excel to add together time based on what the title of the row is.

For Example

I have creative requests in column A,B,C and D and the times it took to complete the requests in column A3,B3,C3 etc. FYI in column A I have different types of requests i will need to total, but once i have a formula for creative requests I can work off that for the others.

In a separate sheet I have totals, how do I get the times of the creative requests added together by only searching for creative requests then by finding them adding the times together. Time is in 13:55:01 format. So to be clear if it was 13:55:01 + 13:55:08 the total would be 00:00:07.

Thanks,

Sam

Hi Sam,

Thank you for the forum question.

Is it possible to get a little sample of your worksheet. I am not sure I understand exactly what you are trying to do.

You can forward it to:
