saving a PP presentation as a package for CD, can this be saved on to dropbox without any alterations? i know there are issues with dropbox and other computor packages such as Endnote.

RE: powerpoint

Hi Rachel

Thanks for getting in touch. There's nothing technically restricting you from hosting the files from within Dropbox. The recipient should be able to download and run the files.

Is the presentation to be viewed by the delegates within Dropbox? In which case you might find it a bit easier to distribute by saving the presentation as PDF instead.

This could be limiting if there are a lot of animations on the slides however.

Kind regards

PowerPoint tip:

Saving a Drawn Object as a picture

If you want to reuse an object that you have drawn, you can save it so that it is added to the Clip Organiser.
Right click the object, choose Save as Picture, give it a file name and place it in the relevant location.
