Thank you for your question & sincere apologies for the extremely long delay in getting back to you.

Could you please clarify what you mean by keeping a transition screen open?

I ask because when a transition is applied to a slide it is used as a way of providing a more visually appealing impact when there is a change in slide, the transition then fades/disappers.
