Inserting text into PowerPoint
Hi,
I copy and paste text into a powerpoint slide, it lines up fine, but as soon as I save and close the file then reopen, the text is all over the place - the ruler at the top shows two margins rather than one and it won't let me move them. Any way I can sort this? I have tried deleting the text boxes and making new ones but this doesn't work either!
Thanks,
Michelle
RE: Inserting text into PowerPoint
Hello Michelle
Thank you for your question.
It might have something to do with the formatting on the text you are copying and pasting into the PowerPoint slide.
You might want to try something like copying and pasting the text into something like Notepad which should remove any formatting; then paste the text into Ppt from Notepad and see if this works out for you.
Kind regards
Amanda

PowerPoint tip:How to create an invisible HyperlinkDraw a shape onto your slide covering the text you would want to use as your hyperlink. Insert your hyperlink on the shape, but then go the the paint bucket and choose no fill and then go the line colour and choose no line. |
