Outlook filing structure

I want to duplicate my current Outlook filing structure and file names, changing from 2008/9 to 2009/10. Can you please advise how I can do this without have to copy all the current files and folders with current contents over to 2009/10 and then having to delete the contents.

Many thanks

Stephanie Oxley

RE: Outlook filing structure

Hello Stephanie

Thank you for your question.

This is not something that we would be comfortable on advising you on, as this is a question of a more technical nature and depends on how your Outlook account has been set up. If you have any questions which we would normally cover as part of an Outlook course (e.g. how to create a folder, how to rename a folder) then we would be able to provide an answer.

Kind regards
Amanda
