Text aligning in word

I am having problems aligning text, do I have to set up tabs?

RE: Text aligning in word

Hi Penny,

You can try using tabs and see if it solves the problem, if not get back to me!

In the format menu go down to tabs and there are a number of different options, right, left, centre, bar, and decimal.

The right, left and centre options respectfully align the text right, left and centre. The decimal tab aligns the decimal point of your numbers and the bar tab creates a line or bar down the page where you have set you tab.

Good luck let me know if you are still having problems

Tracy
