Assigning names to a task

How do I Assign more than one name to a task by percentage i.e Mary does 30% of task, Jane does 70%.

Thanks

RE: Assigning names to a task

whilst in the Gannt Chart table, click on the assign resources button from the toolbar, select the resource you wish to assign to the task and change the default "100%" to the % you wish them to be assigned to.

MS Project tip:

Autofit column width – Project (all versions)

At the top of the columns where each column name is located (Task Name, Duration, etc.), hover over the vertical column line which you want to move.

A short bold vertical line will appear, with horizontal arrows pointing left and right.

Left click and hold this icon and it will permit you to grab the column line, allowing you to move it left or right to your desired location.
