How could I alternate formats between questions and answers without having to paint each individually.

RE: Word

Hi Julian,

Thank you for your question.

You can select all the questions using the Ctrl+click technique and then change font and do the same for answers.

Alternatively. you could you the find and replace command to change the fonts of the questions and answers. Are the fonts of the questions and answers different from each other and from the rest of the document?

Word tip:

Controlling the appearance of the Styles task pane

Do you find it confusing when all the manual formatting changes you make to text in your document keep getting listed in your styles task pane?

You can change the settings in Word to stop this from happening.

1. Go to Tools - Options.
2. Select the Edit tab.
3. Remove the tick from the check box next to the 'Keep track of formatting' option.

Now the styles task pane should only list styles that are being used or are available for use in your documents.
