Autotext pasting in different font!

I've created autotext in CG Omega font, however when I insert it into a document it appears in Times New Roman font even though the destination document is also in CG Omega.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Vicki

RE: Autotext pasting in different font!

Hi Vicky,
Thank you for your post, in response:
This sometimes happens, the pasted text will assume the font that is set for your "Normal" template.
An idea to sort this happening (what I have done) would be to create a little macro which changes the entire document Font, you can either assign the macro to a button or a keyboard combination, so that when you insert your AutoText, trigger the macro and it will ensure that your entire document has the correct font.

Alternatively if you can change the Normal Font type; Open a New document, change the Font type/size etc, then go to the menu command File>Page Setup and then make any changes you require there, Click the Button Default, you will be presented with a dialog box warning that any changes will be applied to the Normal Template, accept and the next time you open a new document the changes will be implemented, but more useful, the problem that you have should be eliminated because the Normal Font now will be compatible.

Hopefully this has helped with your problem, if so please click the resolved link, regards Pete
